"I used to order BW's chicken strips every week. I havent ordered them in a few months and somewhere they changed their recipe or distributer and the breading is now maybe cornflour or cornmeal? The color and flavor used to be closer to a KFC chicken strip and now they are much smaller (more of a chicken nugget strip hybrid), less flavorful and gritty. Sadly, I will not be ordering them again. "

When driver picked up the order the place was empty and the employees were playing on their phones. They carelessly slopped the food into the containers and threw them in the bag. When we got the order, they had opened and all of the food was mixed together in the bottom of the bag. Two of the three orders were wrong, although hard to tell. Total time from order placed to being delivered was almost two hours. Unacceptable. Driver did a great job making up time to get the food to us, not at all his fault. We will not be buying from Laurel Chen's again. "
