"I placed an order for my office and my order was the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad which I have ordered before and this salad was made nothing like the one I had before. Not only was the lettuce wilted and brown, but it only contained chicken and lettuce. I also opted for pickup and waited at least ten minutes before I was even acknowledged or helped. I also had to ask for utensils and napkins.
