"After several epic "fails" in other Mexican dining spots, I gave my hometown Fajita Rita's a go. You see I love chimis! However I love them deep fried. After ordering from several restaurants and never getting them properly prepared, I was so pleased today. I finally get a decent size chimi deep fried chicken chimichanga. ( Yay!)
