"I had stopped going here about a year ago, because their food quality had really gone downhill, but I was feeling lazy desperately wanted potato cakes and didn't want to spend heaps on delivery. This place seems to have really picked up its game since the last couple of times I ordered. I don't know if it has new people running it or what, but it has majorly improved. The Potato Cakes were crispy and fluffy (previously the were rubbery). The rest of the food was as you would expect (again a huge improvement compared to previous orders). The only critism I have is they were a little heavy handed with the chicken salt. Keep up the good work."

"Chips where extremely dry, cloggy in the throat and undercooked- not worth the price as they were essentially not edible. No salt either, just paprika. 2/10. I have had worse chips, but really could up their game as you were lacking so much pride in these chips and I just had to throw them away. Other food was pretty good. Onion rings need more drianing too. if you had good chips or knew how to cook great chips too, I would rate a 5. First time ordering. 3 out of 5 star. Perhaps I could of changed the chips to something else, but with only trying this place; first time, I didn't think anything of it. Holy Moeley and Winner Winner - 100% can NOT fault their chicken cooking abilities. It was juicy! Not under or over cooked, just perfect! Sour cream was watery and lumpy. mixed it up, ate it. Not sick. But presentation could be a lot better. Don't know how old it was before I got either though. Luckily not sick. Do not put in the box the HOT food. However, put it on the side or on top of the boxes. 👍 The Lord of the Rings were good, however, as stated above they were way too oily. 6.5/10 held a LOT of oil so could only eat 2, thankfully I was sharing however my guest could only eat 2 as well before we couldn't handle anymore oil...taste was good, flavoured great. however. need to drain your food more. All in all, 3.5 out 5.(can't do halvies on door dash) If you can change the Chips in the parma meal for something else that would be ideal. If you can't then you need to make sure you have a menu option for people who DON'T want your chips with their meal. Please take in consideration. FJ Slaw was a 7/10 with creamy mayo and paprika dressing. Fresh and tasty. just expect more when they say "special Jackson sauce". I will be back to see what this place is like in a month or so, try different food too, maybe I just got a bad batch of dry chips and oily onion rings and will update or create a new updated review when I come back."
