"Im from cali and my parents are both from Laos. I didnt think I would find an authentic Lao spot in Nashville but I did by finding this spot. I was worried to try to papaya salad but it was so good but sooo spicy but authentic to the ones from home. Just wish there was an option to had vermicelli noodles. The sticky rice was good it was just a bit cold so it was kinda hard. The chicken satay was delicious, seasoned well and not over cooked. The Thai tea was also the authentic flavor. "Fries were partially seasoned and half were really soft. Breadsticks were really dry and the seasoning was dry. The tiramisu was mostly frozen. In their defense we ordered tiramisu from another restaurant at the same time to compare and it was also partially frozen. They all had potential to be great. More butter or oil on the breadsticks, better seasoned fries cooked consistently and a non-frozen tiramisu. It's late in a hotel, we cant eat the tiramisu until tomorrow."
