"Extremely good. Almost everything was well made with quality and care. The Pastel de Yuca was a great surprise, very flavorful. Jugo Piña and Jugo Maracuya amazingly fresh and creamy. Bandeja Paisa was very filling, perfect jammy egg, delicious beans and all the meat was well cooked. Caldo de Costilla was one of the only slight disappointments, maybe it was just the expectation of a certain flavor/viscosity. It was a more clean and light broth than i would've expected for a rib soup and I suppose the flavors, personally, didn't compliment but that being said it could just be about personal preference seeing as everything else was mostly well made. Sopa de Mondongo was so delicious and flavorful. Guacamole con chicharron y tostones had exemplary tostones, crispy and massive. I took a chance cause takeout usually gives them small and soggy but not this place. The chicharron and guacamole were great too. The guacamole was fresh and the chicharron was crunchy. Near perfect rating."
