"Got a Reuben sandwich and cheese fries and a coke. $26 before delivery fees and tip. Sandwich came uncooked on one side (no grill marks) and soggy. Cheese fries in same container with sandwich and cheese and fries went all over sandwich. No thousand island dressing on sandwich or on the side as stated. Very small amount of corned beef on sandwich. Fries soggy and not cooked enough. Can get better quality and quantity for half the price at Arby's. Sad a fast food joint is better than this high priced slop. The $4 pop on the menu also is a size small like 12oz as well. I'll never be back here."

"I mean, you cannot go wrong with Bubbas grilled chicken Cobb Salad, like ever. I did notice it portions *might* be a little smaller when doordashed, which I was not even mad - the salad is massive. When I go to the restaurant and get it, I can only eat 1/4 of it anyways. It came packaged well, and fresh. No weirdness. I get it with honey mustard and they only gave me one (albeit its a bigger side but I really would've liked 2). Either way, I wouldn't hesitate to DD the cobb salad again - it was delish!! "

"Do not order pickup via doordash. The price via doordash for pickup is substantially higher than in the restaraunt ($20 fish and chips was $28.79).
Food portions were small, and the fried Hot Honey Fish & Chips 3pc. and New England Lobster Rolls (2) tasted like they were frozen for a while. Both came with a side of fries but were not the same amount. Could be ok for dine-in, but definitely not worth the inflated takeout price.
Be wary of the seasonal menu. We ordered a seasonal item, **Blue Crab Pot Pie , and instead of giving us a call to let us know it's out of stock, they waited until we arrived for pick-up. Their manager wouldnt even talk to us directly, as the waitress had to direct us they cannot issue a refund and we must call doordash ourselves. She did offer to replace the food but we ordered ahead to save time, not to wait again. Doordash did issue a refund, but I won't order from here again."
