Just the meat rolled in a tortilla, rolled in cheese. Meat wasn't over cooked, but it was flavorless. The Truffle Mac & Cheese had most of the cheese sauce at the bottom. The cheese sauce was watery and flavorless. The noodles were not seasoned. The Small Cilantro Chicken Rice Soup was watery and didnt come with lime or lemon. Flavor was also disappointing-- mostly bland. The Papas Bravas didn't come with any garlic aoli or bravas sauce. I ate all the (1) Taco Baja but couldnt finish anything else.
