"I thought I was splurging by getting a $25 salmon breakfast, but this Crispy Salmon Hash is a very, VERY generous, meaty, piece that is nicely complimented by its coating.
I misread the descriptor, thought the hash would be sweet potatoes. They are white; soft cooked, and have a lot of cheese melted on top. The dish has a generous sprinkling of green onions that are flavorful on the potatoes.
The Cajun sauce, a little thin and oily, has a little peppery bite. The spinach sauce makes me regret that spinach is off my menu these days; very tasty - creamy and filled with spinach.
Really, I would be happy to have the salmon by itself. A good buy."
