"While our prior pizza orders from this Big Y have always been good, this evening, 8/6/25, I ordered a door dash pizza with extra cheese and onions. While I paid a premium for the extra cheese and onion toppings, what I received was a very under-cooked pizza with huge, bubbled edges, little sauce, and what I would consider to be a typical and expected amount of cheese (and onions), but certainly not extra cheese. This pizza was so "doughy" it was more like cheese bread than pizza, and it was clear that the preparer has not been properly trained to make an acceptably good pizza nor follow the customer's request regarding preferred toppings. Very disappointed with this purchase. "
