"Hello, the ramen at Ramen Shu is one of the top ramen places here in this area. This is a family owned business they do focus on quality nevertheless quantity as well. I’ve been coming to this place over 4 years I do also frequent a lot over my time coming to this place as it’s also close to home they have never let me down. Also as my understanding in Japanese culture it’s disrespectful to rub chopsticks together to remove splinters and so on as I can also say they focus on the quality of their chopsticks which also shows their attention to detail. I am surprised they have not open more locals nearby although it shows they are focused on their craft more than anything. What’s really lovely about this local it has a homey atmosphere not a mainstream local and has quite various ramen dishes. My favorite are Shoyu Ramen, and Tonkotsu Ramen. Also I’ve tried all bento box and nonetheless they are all great options. They also do serve sake which is a great addition to your meal."

It wasn't as good as what I'm used to from San Francisco, but it was made with shredded cheese, the way that I liked it (and I've been searching all over Hayward for good ingredient on my nachos). I was disappointed because they skimmed me on my shrimps and chicken. I had extra sour cream, and guacamole (seems I have to order extra meat as well). The chips were a bit stale, and the refried beans had no flavor. The horchata was not very sweet, with a ton of cinnamon. "I guess I keep thinking it will be like the first time I ordered it. Haven't ordered this (Wonton soup) from here in quite a while; for the same reason that I'm not sure if I will again. It has lots of wontons, but the broth has NO FLAVOR at all. It tastes better after adding soy sauce, but it should have some flavor beforehand. This time the wonton filling had a rubbery texture and a few bits of gristle, which made me question its quality & makeup"

"Everything was hot and fresh although I ordered last minute on DoorDash before they closed. They were nice enough to pack me free soup!! The dumplings and dry hot pot were are very flavorful. I'm overall impressed."

"First, the food has great flavor. Nothing too salty or spicy. Flavor on point. The issue we had was the amount of grease/oil in the food. 34 Beef Wrap 牛肉卷饼 is delicious but the wrap/pancake was so greasy that a paper towel was soaked in the grease. In the photo, you can see the oil pool in the container - after it had already been wiped out with a paper towel. The 48 String Beans & Eggplant 豆角焖茄子, again, great flavor, but we had to strain the sauce and it was a small amount of sauce floating on a puddle of oil. Not sure if this is normal, or if we just ordered at a busy time, but eater beware! This was the first time we ordered from this restaurant. If this was the norm, we probably won't order from here again."
