"9/10 at this location I usually have to chuck my food and get a refund because it arrives cold and old not to mention lots of salt in my fries when I always ask for no salt. usually don't have sauce's I ask for nor napkins and a straw. tonight I called in before placing my order the young lady I spoke with was such a sweetheart. I asked that she please make sure my sauces are in the bag and that all my food is fresh and most importantly no salt on my fries. when I received my food everything was hot fresh and delicious I had all my sauces in my bag there was napkins and my lemonade was ice cold. normally when I get lemonade from there it's room temperatured.
