I asked that she please make sure my sauces are in the bag and that all my food is fresh and most importantly no salt on my fries. when I received my food everything was hot fresh and delicious I had all my sauces in my bag there was napkins and my lemonade was ice cold. normally when I get lemonade from there it's room temperatured. I never got her name but tomorrow I'll be calling in and speaking with the manager and letting them know that more of the workers need to be like her and actually listen to the customers. I am very grateful that this meal hit the spot and that it was delicious and most importantly not a waste of my money. thank you ☺️"

It wasn't toasted at all. The steak was very hard, like unusually chewy. I tried eating it with a knife and fork, it was cutting the paper before fully cutting through the sub. I used my knife I sharpened a few days ago. The bread tasted extremely stale, I ended up throwing it away and wasting $20. If you want a sub, go in person so they don't screw you over."
