"9/10 at this location I usually have to chuck my food and get a refund because it arrives cold and old not to mention lots of salt in my fries when I always ask for no salt. usually don't have sauce's I ask for nor napkins and a straw. tonight I called in before placing my order the young lady I spoke with was such a sweetheart.
