This dish had a good balance of gyro meat, roasted vegetables, rice, and fire feta sauce. I deducted one star due to the rice being slightly overcooked and crispy, with a hint of burnt flavor. Despite that, I would order it again.
• Lemon Soup – 0/5
I was charged nearly $9 for what appeared to be a cup, not a bowl, but a cup of soup. It may have been a portioning mistake, but the quality was the bigger issue. Instead of the usual bright, lemony broth, the soup was brown, oily, and had an unpleasant, overcooked chicken flavor. There was no noticeable lemon taste. Very disappointing.

While reasonably priced at around $3, the baklava was extremely underwhelming. It lacked the signature honey flavor and sticky texture, and instead tasted dry and stale, almost as if it had been sitting out for an extended period. Another letdown."

"I was craving OSF since I'm pregnant. I've seen recently how many restaurants I've ordered at tend to treat DoorDash orders with lowest standards. But we also go to those places in person. Simple requests are ignored such as providing silverware or napkins. I called the restaurant to ask for a side of garlic butter with my bread. It just sounded amazing. The lady I talked to was so sweet. She said she'd make sure it got in the bag. I received everything with the upmost care. Containers were clean & organized. The food tasted great. "Once again an absolutely amazing meal from La Fornaretta! This time I had to order for delivery as I just had surgery and couldn't get up and around for 6 weeks. I ordered the Handmade Tortelli Pesto, the Insalata Papale and for lunch the next day the Insalata Caprese. Here is where the Customer Service went above and beyond. I saw that they had a special of the Burratta Caprese. So I called in and asked if I could change the Insalata Caprese to the buratta caprese and was willing to pay any additional cost. The young gal checked and came back on the phone and said no additional charge and switched it out for me. Now that is really above and beyond. My food was delivered hot and delicious and the salads were so fresh and yummy. This is why I keep going back! Delicious food and top notch quality and service.
