" Today is the last day I will ever order from this location. I love smoothie king but if I could give this location 0 stars I would. When my order arrived, the bag was completely sticky and when I opened my bag I found that my bowl was sticky too! And then when I open my bowl, I see that it looks absolutely disgusting as if someone just threw a whole bunch of remaining leftover fruits. Let me just start by saying the energy of the atmosphere is completely negative and unwelcoming. I have worked at smoothie king before in Charlotte and I understand that customer service is extremely important in any successful business. This place not only lacks friendly mannerisms but the way that they prepare the bowls and smoothie are ridiculously sloppy and lazily done. There is a term called “made with love” and this standard has not been met whatsoever with my experience here. "
