We ordered 4 entrees. 1) Bacon and eggs with hash browns-- the hashbrowns were undercooked and seemed to be from frozen. 2) Hot turkey--advertised as a sandwich, but it was a piece of bread with turkey over it and then they put the mashed potatoes on top of that and covered it in tasteless gravy obviously from a can. The mashed potatoes weren't real either--obviously from a box. Gross. 3) Grilled liver and onions--I love me some liver and onions. The liver was actually good--great amount of onions, just like I like it. However, the mashed potatoes were from a box. You could taste it, totally gross, and the same tasteless gravy all over it. Hint to owners: putting gravy over everything doesn't make the whole dish better, especially when it's boxed mashed potatoes and bland gravy. Ick. Ruined the whole thing. 4) chicken/fries-frozen. "

"We ordered the Thai Chicken Pizza (Large), a custom Create Your Own (Large) and some Crazy Bread. We've ordered the Thai one several times and were very disappointed this time. There was way too much sauce, it overpowered everything else and there was barely any toppings. I had 2 pieces of the Thai and only had 1 piece of chicken, if that. My husband said the same about his pieces. The other pizza was very sparse on toppings as well. The sun dried tomatoes were very big and clunky. The pizza was also lukewarm, but not sure if that was the driver or restaurant's fault. To pay $50 for 2 pizzas and 6 small pieces of crazy bread and have the quality be that low is disappointing. We've always loved Palo Mesa in the past. "
