Seasoned very well. The half slab of ribs was so tender and perfectly seasoned, didn't even use the sauce they provided. The collard greens were great as well. I did have to add BBQ sauce to the baked beans but I like my beans saucey. Definitely recommend this place and will be eating here again before I leave. "
