"I'm a daily customer when I can be at the Hampton store, when i arrive in person to order on the go, without the app, my order is ready before I even pull up some days. This isn't one employee, this is multiple smiling faces across months. For the daily comfort that coffee can provide, and as somebody new to coffee in general, I'm only 2 years in, but a Toasted Marshmellow Iced Coffee from this place is a year-round hit for me. My DoorDash orders have varied, depending on the store or maybe a new employee, but even then, the success rate is about 90%. All in all, if youre a DoorDash delivery customer or somebody in a rush using the app to pick up, the Hampton store(as igo there 9.9/10 times) will make your money taste well spent. If I could tip 100% every time iwould. It makes me want to work hard and get a job that would allow me to do so. Y'all stay saving my life over there! Dunkins is a staple to the area but they really better watch out! Double drivethrus are changing the game all together. Pay these people triple if you can. Baristas should be paid 5 coffees an hour if youre charging $6 a pop! Plus tips!"
"first time ordering from here. the photos gave me the impression that the food (sandwiches) were going to be better than dunkies, which isn't even great, but unfortunately I am left very disappointed. I ordered two egg and cheese Breakfast Sandwiches with no meat because I'm a vegetarian. Both sandwiches I could taste the meat on them which was nasty for me so I couldn't eat them. the bread was also chewy instead of toasted. it was very obvious to me that these are pre-made breakfast sandwiches with very little egg in them and if you ask for no meat they just take the meat out of the sandwich. Not good for someone with meat intolerance or vegetarian. the Hash Brown Bites were good and the Handcrafted Hot Coffee is good. for the price and the experience I had, I won't be ordering again."

"Overall the food was not bad, there were a few areas needing improvement,
First, The Pizzas were not cut well, and we had to tear the slices apart. Because of this, the cheese and toppings slid off the crust. Overall, the pizza sauce lacked flavor, and the crust was rather chewy like it had been reheated in a microwave. We've ordered from here many times, and it hasn't been that way for previous orders so it was a bit confusing.
The Caprese had more tomatoes than slices of mozzarella, and did not come with the olive oil we had received previously.
The Bavarian Pretzel was good, but the Garlic Flatbread was pretty bland, had no garlic flavor, and no dipping sauce.
In terms of the desserts the Cookie Dough Mashup Cake had something in it that tasted sour, its not described on the menu so I don't know what it was. The sour taste was distracting to the overall flavor of the cake, which was otherwise okay. The Blueberry Cobbler Cream Cake was ok, not spectacular but not bad.
Overall, it was very average, nothing spectacular, and a little on the pricy side for the quality we recieved. We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times in the past and those experiences were significantly better. I don't think this place is bad generally, and I wouldn't write off coming here based on this one experience, I would still generally recommend it to people, but I think they could use better quality control and consistency."
