Each time I've ordered the cheesecake, it's been different, either there's been no caramel, the caramel is on the side in a cup, or drizzled on top. Good balance of meat and noodles, and savory slightly spicy broth. The Quesabirria / Beef Meat was so much food! I was expecting street taco sized tacos but they were like three 8" diameter tacos. They were really good as with the included salsa, and included about 8 oz of birria consommé for dipping. Absolutely delicious."
