"Tori (chicken) Paitan Ramen is very similar to many of the ramen restaurants in nova, which is to say it is very good. Good noodles, soup is flavorful, and the toppings are well portioned and delicious. Nori is a little on the moist when it arrived and was pretty shriveled but was fine. Chicken was dry; you have to leave it in the soup to get it nice and tender. Extra noodles is definitely worth the price. Like I said earlier, flavorwise, same as a lot of the other shops, but pricing is very aggressive. Highly recommend."

Same with the Ramen Combination 2 - selected the Spicy Tonkatsu and the pork was slightly dry, but still good, and the tempura was crispy! The Kitsune Udon was so flavorful. All the noodles were springy/bouncy. The only cons, aside from the meat being slightly dry, is that the Kimchi side was so small and then they gave so little sauce for the tempura, the containers were only 1/4 full. "

"This is easily one of the top 3 sushi-japanese places in NOVA, at least for our family. Their sushi rolls are consistently high-quality, well made and delish. Today's California Roll arrived slightly warm, the way it should be. We just devoured all of it in 1 minute while unpacking the food items. It's like eating the Cali Roll onsite... so good... Their Bowl of White Rice was cooked very well, not too soft, and not too hard. This is a true rarity in DMV. Most eateries in DMV, even Asian/Chinese/Japanese outlets, don't know how to properly cook their carb like rice, grains or pasta. Most cook them Al Dante and expect customer to have an exceptional digestive system to process them. The rice is so important for an Asian/Chinese/Jap store but especially in our case, as we also ordered the Saba Shioyaki and Sake Kama to go with the rice. Needless to say, these two cooked fish items are excellent as usual. If you haven't tried their Sake Kama, you don't know what you're missing. And make sure you order some white rice to go with it.
