"I am normally a traditioalist when it comes to wings. Howver, I am IN LOVE with the chinese wings at May Jen. They are perfectly golden fried, packed with flavor, and presented in a creative way. The wings are jumbo size, which is the only way to go in my opinion. The flavor is on point, getting nice heat from sliced hot peppers, followed by refreshing bites of stringed carrot/celery. What sets these wings apart though is the cooking/frying technique. They are perfect ancthe oil used is so tasty. Do yourself a favor and order some. Seriously, I'm obsessed. "
