Otherwise usually not bad, but not great. The food is generally warm and tasty, if not a bit dry. The fried items are literally never particularly crispy or fresh though. I guess flaccid French toast and mildly undercooked hash browns are just what we're expected to expect from a chain like this.
In general, it satisfies the craving, but they definitely make it a pain in the wallet with burger prices usually more than twice the cost of an In-N-Out Double-Double "

For Sure Not Homemade Ranch Dressing. I spent almost $35.00 for one sando and a side of fries. Never Again. I literally had two bites of the sandwich and maybe 4 soggy fries.
