"The Prime Rib was excellent. It comes with 2 sides, choice of soup or salad, AND dessert. I had it delivered, and the Prime Rib was perfectly cooked , not overdone. Didn't know that would be done as there is no indication of that when placing order, and they do not allow any special instructions. The soda was completely watered down by melted ice, because, again, cannot add instructions for no ice. Fries were soggy since container had no vents. But...delivery was right on time and order was accurate. "

"This place has really good ingredients. The problem is that staff just doesn't get the orders completely right, more often than not. Last time my lox bagels were untoasted. Who would want to eat that or pay that much money but then have the problem of an untoasted bagel? This time it was a single serving of lox - one slice - when the order was a double. Ordered capers, one side had no capers. All the capers were wadded up in the bagel hole, on one side. What the heck? Management needs to step through routines with staff and do double checks before sending orders out."

I also ordered a House Salad Large. The presentation was awful. The Dasher handed me a soggy greasy brown bag. I almost screamed for him to take it back. I was concerned that the grease was from the wings and fries. I took the bag to my kitchen counter and it became greasy. I took the contents from the bag. I opened the container with the wings and fries and they were neatly in the container with no grease. The wings were a little dry but they were delicious! The fries were also good (could have been a little crisper). The salad, with the ranch dressing was excellent. Bottom line, the food is good but they have to do something about the greasy bags. They are also a little pricy but the food was good. I took off a star because of the greasy bag."
