"What a great meal! First off, you need more stars. Five just isn't enough. The ribeye steak was fantastic. A nice thick cut, perfectly cooked. There was not the usual areas of fat as you normally get at most restaurants that don't serve the choicest cuts. It was tender and juicy, and very flavorful. The mushroom were worth the extra money. There were plenty, and they were really well prepared. Too many places dump a lot of seasoning on the mushrooms. This had very little, so the seasoning added to the taste rather than overpower the taste. They mixed with the rice really well, and both added to the steak flavor. The pumpkin cheesecake was also goodm especially tonight. I have a couple of small suggestions, if I am not being too picky. The mushroom came in a plastic container with a tight lid. I would recommend that the rice come in a similar container. To put the rice in the same container as the steak is a bit inconvenient. The grains of rice get stuck in the many grooves and crevices of the container and are hard to get out. So, it is either spend some time and inconvenience getting the grains of rice out or leave a lot of it in the container. The other suggestion involves the cheesecake. It came sideways in the bag, and it did nothing to improve the look of the soft dessert. Other than that, it was a wonderful meal and I will be ordering from this restaurant often, as long as they are consistent in this level of excellence. The only problem I have ordering through Doordash is the inconsistency of the various restaurants. I would be delighted if you could be this outstanding on a regular basis! "What to say about the best brazilian restaurant in Orlando ?
I have been ordering from this place since maybe 2019. Its always impeccable and delicious. Rice super fresh, black beans with some pork (my kids favorite) always delicious.
And the flan they have over there is the best, not even mine taste that good.
Today I ordered some lunch for me and my family and one item it was left behind. I called them As soon I opened the bag, because it was the first time they did my order wrong.
1- the lady over the phone it was super nice with me, even with my dumbest reaction because I couldnt find the right tool on doordash to ask for a credit. She opened her own app and she was guiding me how to do it.
2- The manager in charge was phenomenal because not only sent me an item it was missed but he included some desserts as well.

"Here is the disappointment that was my experience with this purchase.
The first photo shows how the product was served to my coworkers during lunchtime. The second photo shows how my order arrived. It looks like someone simply threw a little bit of chicken in the container, as if they had just spilled something inside the package.
I believed I was purchasing the Buy One Get One promotion, just like my coworkers had earlier through the Uber Eats app. However, by mistake, I placed my order through the DoorDash app. I acknowledge that it was my mistake to confuse the apps and order through DoorDash, which apparently did not offer the same promotion. However, that does not change the fact that what I received in my single portion was simply ridiculous.
The third photo shows the salpicão (chicken salad) that I purchased. It was listed as part of a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion, yet I also did not receive the second salpicão. According to the restaurant employee, I must have clicked incorrectly and did not add the second item to the cart. She explained that since the system requires the second item to be manually added, and because I did not select it, they could not provide the second one.
In other words, what I ended up receiving was one item for the price of two with less than half of a normal portion, and the salpicão that was supposedly part of the BOGO promotion also came as only one.
The way the staff handled the entire situation was simply ridiculous. Even while my husband tried to explain that the ordering process was confusing and that, in practice, I had paid almost the same amount expecting to receive the items in double, the response was simply negative, with no attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue.
In addition, it was very clear that the staff who assisted us lacked preparation, professionalism, courtesy, and any sense of empathy. At no point did anyone show concern about understanding the situation or offering any type of solution.
This was an extremely disappointing experience, and given everything that happened, I request a refund for the amount I paid."
