However, the pork in it was so chewy and fatty I couldn't eat it. I had to take out the pork because it just didn't break down when chewing it. Chicken Chow Mein This was the best part of my $90 order. I'm one of few people who love this white saucy vegetable type chow mein. Not the noodle type chow mein. Out of the 5 items I ordered this was the best one. The sauce was a bit on the thick side which I didn't mind because with most other restaurants it turns watery after settling. This sauce was a delicious white sauce that kept its consistency. The crisp veggies was a tasty delight to eat. Veggies were not over cooked. They were good. This was a nice dish. House Fried Rice It had a nice flavor but I don't know if it's the old oil used or what but as u can see in the photos it was brown in color and not vibrant and fresh looking. It was also greasy.
