"We were in Jesup for one night and didn't feel like going out to dinner. We took a took a chance on Surcheros and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered burrito bowls, chips, salsa, QUESO, and S'MORES QUESADILLA. It was all very good. The dessert S'MORES QUESADILLA is super sweet and delicious. One is enough for 2 or 3 people."

"Normally, this store, service and food is top tier fast food chain. Today was an exception. While their food is ALWAYS fresh, tasty and delicious... I Door-Dashed today, my salad arrived with barely a trace of any romaine lettuce :( I immediately called willing to bring the salad back, was offered a refund, but was warned this refund could take up to 3 days. I frequent the restaurant so I believe this snafu to be inconsistent with what I've come to expect. As long as I see that refund I am Satisfied. Thank you Sur"

The manager was threatening the employees for trying to help and was unfriendly. The fries were cold and hardly cooked."

"I love that they called and checked about my tomato intolerance however I paid for a pepperoni max and my 5 year old is crying because it looks like regular pepperoni since there isn't a lot on it. For 16.99 I would expect it to have the extra pepperoni so I don't have to cook and add them. If I realized this I would have ordered a Create Your Own (Small) instead since I could only find the large Pepperoni Max as a way to get extra pepperoni through doordash. My 5 year old is very picky about his pizza so I have to jump through this hoop for him. Not mad just a little bit disappointed. Otherwise food is hot fresh and it tastes good to everyone but the 5 year old lol"
