"I'm traveling, so it's always hard to know what to expect. The Pollo Verde was better than I hoped!! The sauce is tangy and full of flavor, very mild. The rice was soft, not undercooked. The beans are classic. I didn't know it came with a small bag of chips and 3 different little containers of salsa: verde, regular, and spicy. That was a nice surprise! I have special instructions, corn tortillas and no dairy. They followed everything, which is really appreciate because otherwise I'd be sick. Since I'm in a hotel, it was also nice that there was a fork and napkins included."
