The coleslaw was the best I've had since moving to Utah from Texas and this is the only restaurant I've found here that has good, ol' fried okra as well as the southern fried catfish. "I ordered the New York Strip Steak dinner which comes in at 10 oz and includes your choice of two sides (I requested steak fries and macaroni and cheese). I specifically requested my New York Strip Steak be well done! The outside definitely was, but when I cut into it, it was all bright pink raw meat! It was such a a disappointment because the steak itself had excellent garlic seasoning and was well done on the outside. The raw meat ruined the whole thing. The steak fries were crispy and the macaroni and cheese was cooked well. The two biscuits were a bit cold and not very fresh tasting. The restaurant did add condiments/ Extras and Silverware requested. This whole dinner would have been 5 stars had the New York Strip Steak been cooked properly to well done with NO PINK CENTER. I'm unable to eat raw or uncooked meat so it was no good."
