I called after I ordered b/c I wanted gravy on side so it didn't spill all over. The kid on phone took the time to ask if ihad a veg choice (which he listed), what kind of potato I wanted (he listed options) and what soup did I want (he listed them). He was friendly, pleasant and an asset to the diner. Everything arrived hot and packed well.They didn't send my meal included soup which, TBH food was so good and the call was so unexpectedly pleasant- it just wasn't a big deal. I was bummed that I didnt get to try it. I had ordered a separate French Onion Soup as well; so I think that maybe threw them off. These days, I dont even want to review b/c my experiences were bad food, bugs, etc. I absolutely HAD TO make time to share about my great experience with Park Place. This will be our new "Go to"."

"Nachos burnt and poorly prepared. Requested toast for roast turkey club not toasted. French dip dry. Both french fries were undercooked. No sour cream or salsa delivered for nachos but we threw them away and wasted money. Very disappointed as we have gone there before and not had an issue but take out may be the issue."
