"I ordered a Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Sandwich - which was great. I also ordered a cup of dark roast coffee and I specifically asked for a splash of half & half cream, 3 Splendas and cinnamon/ caramel syrup. I could not taste any flavored syrup at all and the coffee was milky white ( All Cream). The cup said Ex Cream 3/4", to me that means 3/4 of my coffee was Cream. Not a milk drinker so I definitely could not drink the coffee. Once again the restaurant should be held accountable for sending orders out incorrectly. We are spending our hard earned money and Starbucks is not Cheap. I had to order my coffee from somewhere else and spend more money for coffee as I requested. "i order here like twice a week because i am obsessed with dubai chocolate. the Dubai Chocolate Bar ice cream is delicious, id love if it came w a bigger dollop of the pistachio knafeh sauce but i usually order the Chocolate Dubai Waffle with it because it comes with a generous helping of the sauce so it satisfies my pistachio knafeh cravings. i also love to dip the warm waffle in the cold ice cream. truly delicious and i will keep giving this place my money for the forseeable future. please consider bringing back the strawberry dubai chocolate latte again with the strawberry cold foam, i really loved that drink so much. so unique and so good. love u <3"

"Oh my god, this place is incredible!! The Dubai Chocolate Bar is SO delicious. It's a huge portion of the pistachio topping as well which I wasn't expecting. The Ferrero Rocher wasn't my favorite, the ice cream itself is rich and creamy, but the Rice Krispies get soggy and stale tasting, but that's honestly my only complaint! The Ham & Swiss Croissant was so buttery and flaky, and the coffee is a really nice rich flavor. I've definitely found my new favorite ice cream place b"

"The Flat White (Iced) Large Latte, which I got in coconut milk was one of the best iced coffees I have gotten anywhere! I wish it was larger, and I would've gladly paid for it!! The next item I was blown away by were the Peanut Butter Balls!!! My mama and other family members always made them around the holidays, but they were never this good. I gave the Sausage Bites a poor rating, because it showed in the picture that a serving size was 2 bites. I only got 1, but though a little on the salty side, it was tasty. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (B.E.C.) Croissant was good, but no better than anywhere else. I wished I had been given the choice of a White Chocolate and Macadamia cookie, but they must've been out of that option, as well as, the Chocolate Chip; so, I settled for the remaining Large Cookie available, which was simply just okay. My biggest disappointment was the Chocolate Espresso Beans. Every "coffee shoppe" or barista, in my humble opinion, should serve these; yet the only time I seem to ever find them in even the best of the best of coffee shoppes are around the holidays. I was thrilled when I saw that they were not only available on the menu, but also the espresso beans, according to the menu description, were covered in DARK chocolate!!!! Just look at the picture of them below and see the nice clump of beans, too, but sadly, I got milk chocolate covered beans (yuck!!!!) and such a tiny bit of beans, too!!!!! All in all, I will say, I will definitely go back for the coffee, and by the way, this barista offers many other delectable coffees and teas, as well. I'm planning on trying the Matcha Tea next!!!! (Oh, and I won't forget the Peanut Butter Balls, either. ;D) They also serve scones, but the Jalapeño were the only ones available."

Please have the employee call if you're replacing a meal with something different. I am not happy. I spend a lot of money here every week. The food is great but the service is mediocre.
