"Salmon Sashimi is always prepared beautifully. Love when the use the leaves as a base layer, makes for a beautiful presentation when ordering for takeout. Their Uni Pasta as well as their Hokkaido Hotate Scallops in the house white sauce from their small plates are great selections to try! It's worth noting (I believe 💁‍♀️) that I happen to have a dietary conflict with ginger and they accommodate my request 99% of the time, without error, question or difficulty...and their customer service (whether on the phone, or in person at the restaurant) is elevated, personable and kind. I highly recommend Ozen Sushi...this is one of only 3 sushi spots in the area (we have *plenty* of selection from which to choose) that I both frequent and authentically suggest to others. Their quality and price, alone, make them a top contender, however, their unique menu selections have made them a standout in our family since they first opened their doors.
