The broth is flavorful and there are tender chunks of beef and carrots throughout. I could eat it alone but the rice noodles really help to make it a hearty meal. I can order this for lunch and have enough leftover for dinner as well. The eggrolls were crunchy and are a great addition to anything off the menu. This isn't the first time I've ordered these items and they have been consistently flavorful and enjoyable. I will continue to order here because I have not been disappointed with my selections yet."
