"My first order, Sweet potato hash, was divine. I make something similar on a regular basis and this was just like it, only vegan. I could hardly tell the difference between my backyard chicken egg whites and their vegan tofu egg whites. I added their sausage for a little extra protein and flavor and it was yummy without a too strong salty/spicy flavor that you would get with pork sausage. I was worried about the poblano sauce as I cant do spicy, but it was just a light drizzle on top and added good flavor not heat. I am trying to incorporate more plant based meals in my diet and this is a great way to do it. I am diabetic, and when I put this in my calculator, I estimated it to be somewhere around 300 to 400 cal (depending on the amou of oil used to sauté) and around 25g of healthy carbs. Of course, I don't have exact ingredients or measurements. If you order without the dressing, it would qualify for Whole30 or AIP diets. My only complaint is minor, I received napkins but no utensils. This time iwas at home so no big deal, but I often need them when I am at work and I requested them. This would not be fun to eat with my fingers. "
