I got the cassava bread and beans on the side with a Mango Passionfruit to drink. The chicken was tender - fall off the bone, you were invited to the cookout where your uncles are battling against each other on the grill tender- then the jerk sauce... woooowie. Spicy but not overwhelming, just right. The juice balances it all excellently and the juice comes in a BUCKET. IM USING TWO ADULT HANDS. It's flavorful and not too sweet. Reminds me of juice on the island. The cassava bread was so soft and the rice / beans.... mmm... fantástico. I'll be coming back ASAP. This is a new gem in Bangor and I'll be sure to share with everyone I know. Keep it up, I'm excited to see what else comes out of your kitchen!
