The broth was a savory blend of flavors-I think I detected sherry among the flavors. The soup was chock full of onions. The soup came with garlic toast batons, which were quite addictive. Portion sizes were just right for lunch. Be aware that the onion soup is quite filling, so the size of the cup is actually deceptive. Everything was incredibly fresh. I'll order from them again. "
