Someone made these by hand and I love it! The burger was cooked exactly as I ordered it. And the crinkle cut fries were nice, though the delivery distance caused them to lose the crisp. No big deal for me though. The sweet tea is amazing, but it wasn't properly sealed. There was a poor-fitting lid on the Styrofoam cup, but that wasn't sealed to insure it wasn't tampered with. "The American Wagyu Smash Burger was pretty good, even though I'm not a fan of "smash burgers". I wish there'd been an option to add onion or tomato, but oh well. The spicy mayo sauce on the burger was quite good. As I write this, it isn't clear that the burger comes with Fries. They are thick like steak fries, only not as wide. Also, they are lightly breaded and seasoned like potato wedges. Quite good. The karaage was amazing. It came with the spicy mayo as a dipping sauce (or I presume that's what it was). But to me, a good, fried chicken product doesn't need sauce. And these didn't. They go well with the fries though, which may not be very Japanese, but it works. I'm hoping the owners of the restaurant will update the DoorDash page to include ALL of their menu items. About 1/3 of the menu was left off (not counting drinks). "
