Will buy again. What was good: The cheeseburgers were a good size, seasoned well, with good quality meat and cheese for fast food. Loved the waffle fries and they were seasoned well too. Got a large Coke and it came in a reusable cup, not that flimsy clear plastic or paper. Could be better: The Queso was $2 for a tiny portion. I would expect double the size or even 50% more for that price. It tasted great though and it was cool that the dipping cup was made for waffle fries. Great design. The Cookies and Cream was good, but could have had a better ratio of ice cream to cookie. They did give a wide straw (again great design) but it felt like I was sucking straight crushed, mushy, cookie at times. "

"This was my first time trying Smalls and it's definitely not my last. The food arrived hot and fresh. I read a few reviews stating the queso fries always arrived soggy - easy fix is to order the fries plain and add a side off queso; by doing so, they'll give you a plastic cup of the queso you can dip your fries in. Fries were well-seasoned and perfectly crispy on the outisde; the Queso was fantastic, with a very tiny slight kick to it making it very addicting (definitely not spicy though). The sliders were wonderful. The meat was well-seasoned, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The buns were warm and fluffy. I loved dipping the sliders in the Smauce - the smauce was zesty, creamy, tasty and offset the sliders so well. I appreciate the quality of my meal despite placing my order 20 minutes before their cutoff time. Looking forward to eating here again and spreading the word to friends and family."

"This was such a disappointment. Staff was friendly and doing their jobs right but.... the food was not good. The Mac n cheese was watery and mushy- I would expect more from a southern chain ...(chick filet seems to do fine in this department) The mashed potato seemed like what you would get in prison, or an insane asylum... like powdered... Chicken and honeybiscuits were not terrible but were not great. Loved the slaw but thats it. Wont buy it again. Sorry.. ."

"The Serious meat pizza is seriously meaty, but the crust and the cheese to sauce ratio is a little to be desired. The combination of the three had the pizza sticking to the parchment paper they add to the boxes. The amount of meat on this pizza is the only way they can justify the cost. Other than that the pizza is comparable to something like the "hot and ready" types of places."
