"in the recent past, i ordered 6 egg rolls, 1 large hot and sour soup, and Combination (Chicken, Beef, Shrimp) which cost 13.95 from the Chongs location by the mall. I received a BIG Styrofoam container stuffed full of Combination (Chicken, Beef, Shrimp) . i was very pleased with the portion size and quality. so i ordered the same thing again, but then realized that it would be coming from the lone oak store. But i figured... Same store, same order.. so I assumed I'd be getting the same things. The egg rolls were kinda cold. but still tasted good. The Combination (Chicken, Beef, Shrimp) from lone oak was priced the same as the mall area store (13.95), but I received about half the amount that I got from the mall area location. Also there were two *huge* chunks of what felt and looked like chicken or beef cartilage in the hot and sour soup. i was grossed out and disappointed and couldn't eat my soup. very displeased. I will only be ordering from the mall area store from now on."
