"Hands down, BEST BOBA I'VE EVER HAD (out of all the bay area places I've tried)! Every other place seems to be lacking in some way - whether the drink is too watery, the tea flavor is not strong enough, or the boba pearls are lackluster with no flavor. That's never been an issue for me here! I'm basically addicted to this place and get it several times a week, and it's pretty consistent. The only thing that I would ever consider a "problem" is they don't offer many food/snacks so I usually have to get food from somewhere else in the area. But to be completely honest, that never stops me from getting it! My partner and I are on opposite ends of the boba spectrum, meaning we can say both the drinks with and without creamer are great. Specifically, the Lime Jasmine Green Tea is unique to T4 as we've never been able to find anything like it anywhere else. They always deliver on the extra pearls which satisfies my partner's addiction. For me, any of the milk teas with black tea are amazing, and since I'm not the biggest fan of pearls, I sometimes get pudding or coffee jellies which are delicious as well. I will warn that standard sweetness is usually way too sweet for me, so if you don't like that maybe stick to 50-80%, but if you love super sweet things then you're good. My specific drink recommendation is the Classical Earl Grey Rose Milk Tea by the way 🤙🏼"

As stated Chocolate Blend was poorly sealed with flimsy plastic wrap over the top, other drinks like the Passion Fruit & Basil Seed sTea is actually sealed in such a way it can't be spilled if it tips over in addition to having a hard plastic cover over the sealed plastic. As far as the drinks I wished this Bambu location offered regular Passion Fruit Juice like the other Bambu locations do. I find that I have to order the Tea in extra sweet otherwise the taste is pretty flavorless, you don't get a real strong Passionfruit flavor unless the drink is sweetened. Additionally having the option remove the Basil seeds would be nice for folks who don't like that. The French Macarons are the best however it is random which ones you get, I would like the option to select which ones you get if they are available."
