The huarache base was made by hand as described, they did unfortunately skimped out on the quantity of pastor on it, but not by a lot. Maybe it's their style here? Could use a bit of balancing, does not feel like much of an in house seasoning (pastor), but I could be wrong. I still ate all of it. No food should be wasted. Horchata and Jamaica water (at least this batch) were very well balanced not overly sweet that gives that weird aftertaste.
