"I'm from the east coast and lived for a while in Maryland and Virginia where seafood and crabs/crab legs are abundant (and cheap!). I also love a good low country boil which our friends (who were from GA) would make on occasion when they did their fish fries. So I had a hankering for shellfish and found this place on Door Dash and liked the menu. So I bit the price bullet and treated myself (for context and comparison, you can enjoy a seafood buffet in VA for $35 and eat all the crab clusters, shrimp, clams, mussels, etc. you want) and got the Deck Cadet's Catch Combo l $10 OFF in the Daddy Sauce which is a low country boil of sorts. I'll start by saying that overall it was tasty and it's a good amount of food but I can't see this feeding 3-4 people like it says, unless this supposed to be a shared appetizer vs a meal. I mean I can eat 4 crab clusters alone, so 1 crab cluster and 1 lobster tail was just a "taste" if you will (cuz no one splits a crab cluster or lobster tail)! :-) So Much of the filler is from the potatoes and shrimp. Still, all things considered, this satisfied me ! I still think this meal is way overpriced which is why I took off 1 star, given that you only get 1 cluster and 1 tail but perhaps that's what it costs in LA(?). I'll also say I thought it needed a little salt to me since I'm used to the saltiness of Old Bay seasoning with my crabs and shrimp. But it was good and did the job in terms of satisfying my hankering. And The food was nice and hot when it arrived. It's a great place to try. "

"I just recently discovered that they serve keto style tacos. I wish I would've discovered it earlier because they are delicious. They use a paper, thin slice of grilled cheese as the shell and I love the flavor. The sad news is I've heard that they are filing for bankruptcy as a chain. I wish I had not had discovered them so late. They are one of my favorite places to eat now. If you have to watch your carbohydrates and love tacos, I strongly suggest you try their keto style tacos. They are fantastic. I really hope the chain gets purchased by another group and they continue to stay open. If they do, I will continue to order from them on a regular basis. "

"The The Original Fish Taco® was great! And it's a big taco, not a mini taco. A little more white sauce would be nice. Classic Shrimp Burrito was great also, as were Seasoned French Fries. Sorry, but your Fresh Guacamole & Chips wasn't so great. It had entirely too much lemon in it! The Guac was really good when I have had it before!!"

"The Lobster Mac N Cheese is a generous portion, baked on top and the right amount of cheese to pasta - it's not gluey. The BBQ Baked Beans are a more salty than sweetly smokey- probably due to the sausage. Still tasty though. The Loaded Mashed Potatoes Side is classic mashed potatoes - smooth, creamy, no lumps, covered with cheese and bacon bits. Classic, no notes. The only disappointing side was the Roasted Vegetables - vegetables are sliced too thick, and tasted rubbery, not charred or flavorful. The tortilla soup was thicker than expected - more of a purée than a soup, spicy and perfect temperature - not that many tortilla strips included on top. "
