It was a small serving and they had it on top of tin foil so when I would pick it up some tin foil would tear off with the food. It was big, but kinda baggy since I omitted beans. The burrito shouldn't be baggy at all. Also, all of the sauces tasted nasty. They were either super hot or sour tasting. Yuck. Invest in some Ortega sauce lol. There should also be an option to add a second type of meat and rice should come included with no additional charge. Price could be a little cheaper."

Much milder in salt than "potlicker" would suggest but savor and rich flavor full and robust, without being salty at all. Dark in color, no bitter notes, a smooth and balanced bite that coats a sticky clump of neutral mashed potatoes (FuFu explained for the texture challenged eaters). Chopped greens make it easy to chew without being mushy, would pair well with bread or white rice if fufu is not your thing. Tinder bites of meat sum up a larger than expected portion size for the price of this great meal. African food is not meant to be eaten with an American mindset nor palate. Its not a bowl of collard greens with smoked turkey legs or neck bones. The sauce or soup is water based and not very thick but it is hearty and filling. Largely because of the FuFu.
