"I'm very disappointed because it was really good last time. The enchiladas were so hard, I couldn't cut them to eat them. The beans and rice both tasted old and bland. The chips tasted like shrimp or fish somehow (?!?!) I don't know what kind of fries we got but they were old, soggy, and completely limp. They didn't even look like fries anymore. The portions are also very small for the price. Due to the "well every other time it's okay" pattern, we will not be ordering from here again."

"The only complaint I have is the ultimate Alex's Supreme Nachos. They came in a container with chips and the meat and cheese on top, and the chips looked more like a cut up casadilla , and all the toppings were placed in a separate container. Kind of like if you go to the restaurant and sit down, the side small plate of lettuce, jalapeño, guacamole, etc, about the same amount as well. The Alex Dip was quite greasy, but otherwise the food was ok."
