"I usually like their chilli chicken. Tonight, I ordered a dry chicken like before, but it came very gravy and had a bit of that chicken smell too… I wanted to check if I got the right one. They said they would check it and call me back, so I waited without eating, but they never got back to me. In the end, I just ate it. I sometimes visit in person as well and they are usually kind, but I am quite disappointed with the service today…I wouldn’t have minded as much if they had just gotten back to me."
