The restaurant's menu was so expensive, it was disappointing that no sides came complimentary. It's not made to be eaten in one bite as intended for nigiri and, because it's so big, there's a LOT of rice underneath. This wouldn't be bad if it didn't have such a strong rice vinegar taste to the point it overpowers the fish instead of balancing it. I love this restaurant, but the nigiri definitely needs to be portioned smaller with the same number of pieces in a meal. Smaller pieces of fish and portions of seasoned rice would probably make this the number sushi restaurant on the west side of the coast.
