"I ordered chicken fingers with a large onion rings. The entire meal was overcooked and burnt and I barely got a small onion rings. 2 of the fingers were tiny nuggets. The Grilled chicken sandwich was dry and was supposed to have no lettuce which it had. The Onion rings for that meal were also burnt and overdone. Gravy was lumpy, highly disappointed with the cost vs quality and value! "

"Usually love all pastas from BP, but the Mac & Cheese was very dry and didn't taste fresh. It is a large portion and I always have leftovers. The Side Cajun Chicken Breast was very good and not dry at all. Hopefully, this was just a one off experience and they just didn't put in enough sauce, but I wouldn't order this as takeout again if this is the norm. It is usually way better and there's enough sauce to be able to dip your garlic bread."
