"The panchos were soggy I really didn't have any hard crispy chips. They really should use shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese, it would make it a superb item. Also the meat had a lot of fatty pieces which were not a fan of. Let's just say the dogs had a good amount of meat. Sincronizada was good. The meat had a great flavor. The cheese was good. When I called the restaurant to ask about my order, the woman who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. She simply said, “I don’t know, the order is here and no one’s picked it up—call DoorDash,” with no effort to check or assist. When the food finally arrived, the main dish I paid for was completely missing. Only the sides were delivered. This shows a lack of attention and care on both the restaurant and delivery end. Mistakes happen, but the attitude I received and the incomplete order make it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be ordering from this location again."
