I placed an order last night for the stewed chicken dinner with yellow rice, beans, macaroni salad, potato salad, sweet plantains and an empanada. The sweet plantains were so tender but not mushy and with a perfect touch of sweetness. The stewed chicken was tender and fell off the bones while not being dry and stringy. The rice was seasoned perfectly and nice and moist. Your beans are seasoned to perfection and I love the small potatoes that soak up the seasoning. The empanada had just the right amount of crispness and filling and without an oily or greasy taste. Even the potato salad was made the way I like it. The only thing I didn't care for was the macaroni salad, but only because it was made with tuna which I didn't care for. Without the tuna I would have loved it! So please owner of Restaurant Latina, DON'T EVER CHANGE A THING!
