I really think it was stew meat. I was thinking I would get a bed of rice but all I got was rice scattered around the meat and the rest of the meal. I was so disappointed in this meal and most of it went in the garbage. The loaded potato soup was also disappointing. The creamy soup tasted okay but the potatoes were horrible.
